The Community State Bank Overdraft Protection
We offer a number of options that you can use to help manage balances and avoid unintentionally overdrafting your checking account. Monitoring your balance cannot only help you prevent overdraft fees, it can also alert you should any type of fraudulent activity take place on your account. We are happy to help you get set up with any of these services:
Online Banking
You can use Online Banking to monitor account activity and balance information each day for transactions that have been presented to the bank. You can also use Online Banking to transfer funds between accounts and to initiate electronic bill payments through our Online BillPay service. Any transactions you initiate that have not yet been presented to the bank are not reflected in the available balance information.
Mobile Banking
You can use The Community State Bank Mobile Banking App to monitor account activity and balance information each day for transactions that have been presented to the bank. You can also use the app to transfer funds between accounts. In addition, with Mobile Deposit Anywhere you can deposit checks into your account without making a trip to the bank. Any transactions you initiate that have not yet been presented to the bank are not reflected in the available balance information. While Mobile Banking can be one tool to monitor account activity, you should not rely upon your available balance to determine the actual amount of money in your account.
MyCardRules
MyCardRules is an easy-to-use mobile app that lets you set card controls, add restrictions and receive transaction alerts. You have complete control of how, when, where — and WHO uses your cards.
Just download the MyCardRules app from Google Play™ or the App Store®. Then you can set a wide range of controls and alerts on all your cards.
For example, you can:
• Turn your card on or off
• Set transaction spending limits based on your preferences, including dollar amount, transaction type and merchant type
• Get instant alerts on certain types of transactions, like when a transaction is declined
• Set a specific region where the card can be used or restrict usage based on your mobile device’s location
• Set parental controls and monitoring

Automated account information available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service includes the ability to transfer funds between accounts.
