Our debit cards can be printed at any of our locations and they're ready to use within just a few minutes.

*Due to large amounts of fraud, TCSB blocks internet transactions from foreign countries. When possible, debit card transactions need to be processed via chip readers.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

There are several methods to report a stolen or lost card.

Walk in notification:

We always look forward to your visit, so if time allows, please drop by any of our convenient locations. With our instant issue cards, you won’t have to wait for a replacement card. You can choose from our design gallery and walk out with a card ready for use.

Do it yourself method:

•Log onto your online banking account
•Choose “Options” on the top tool bar
•Choose “ATM/Debit card”
•It will bring up your cards that are tied to your online account.
•Choose the lost or stolen card number and check the box that applies.

Please note that this card will be flagged as a “hot card” and you will not be able to use it again. Visit one of our branches to get an instant issue replacement card.

What if there is suspicious activity on my card?

If you suspect fraudulent activity on your debit card, contact us right away 918-649-2500.

Also, it is important that you keep good contact information on record with all of your card companies. They will notify you if suspicious charges are made to your card. It is your responsibility to keep them informed when you change numbers. They may also reach out to you via email, so it's important that they have your current email address as well.
